Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “Take the first step in faith. You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step.” This is very appropriate today as we have started a new year, a new chapter in our lives, and are preparing to begin a new era in America.
As Christians, we must remember what 2 Corinthians 5:7 says, “For we walk by faith, not by sight.” As we begin each day, we need to remind ourselves that our hope is built on something greater than what is seen. For now, we see in part, but one day we will see the full picture. As we continue to walk in these uncertain times, remember one thing. God is our refuge. When we place our trust in Him, we don’t have to know what tomorrow holds because we know Who holds tomorrow. Let’s not worry about what will happen in the future. Let’s focus on living our lives to in a way that is pleasing to God. When we do that, there is no need to worry about tomorrow. Blessings Pastor Stephania
